Editorial Review
If the Holy Trinity is meant to represent the most divine aspects of Christian religion, then Trinity Bar in Dickson must be the divine essence of, well, booze. Once you've found your way here (and that ‘once' may well turn into an ‘if'), the glowing confines of this classy, little gem will make any nightmare adventure worthwhile. With a growing wine list and focus on cocktails you won't find in many other places, Trinity is truly a religious experience you won't soon forget.
The wine list is a common selection of Australian wines with the odd European and NZ drop thrown in. But what is uncommon is that the majority are available by the glass. Mind you, with bottled prices ranging between $20 to $50 dollars (not sure if that's a good sign or not?), the option to go for a bottle is even more enticing. It's also delightful to find a bar that only serves French champagne rather than ‘sparkling wines', although they do cause a little more damage on the wallet.
The bar also has a standard list of cocktail ‘classics' - you know, the cocktails that we all know and love - but you can get a little more creative if you ask one of the staff to whip up something special for the occasion. And if that sounds like a bit much effort, just dip into the huge range of beers for a reliable brew of choice.
