The Graveyard:
The Graveyard is usually the first field that we play during the day. It's a well balanced pallet field with a lot of barricades, catering well to both assaulters and defenders. The size of the field keeps things from getting too close, making the field a good introduction to paintball. As an option we will often play "Recycling" in which marked players are able to head back to their flag station and rejoin the action during the first 2-3 minutes of the game, allowing new players to get a good feel for the sport before they head on to more interesting and difficult fields.
The Objective:
Flag Capture. Players must progress through the field to the opponent's flag station, capture the flag, and return it to their own flag station. Two flags need to be hanging at the flag station for a win.
The Pines:
The pines is one of the two completely bush fields we have. It is exceptionally large, with barricades consisting of nothing but the natural surroundings. Players must use the terrain to their advantage, making use of the many gullies, rocky outcrops, and dense bushes. If speedball isn't your thing, perhaps the silent stalking and flanking manoeuvres of the Pines may be more to your taste.
