Goodberry's opened the doors of its first Australian store at Erindale during the month of October 1998, introducing to the Australian consumer the unique delights of frozen custard.  

Frozen custard is a premium quality, homemade style of icecream, which can be individually flavoured to taste.  

Beginning with the philosophy that only the best is good enough, Goodberry's applies that philosophy to every ingredient we use in the making of our frozen custard.  

We take cream, whole milk, honey, natural cane sugar and eggs, we then blend them and cook to a smooth custard consistency.  

With the aid of our unique equipment we then produce one of the best icecreams you are ever likely to taste.  

Our frozen custard contains no artificial colours or flavours, does not require the introduction of animal fats and because it is made fresh in every store, it does not contain preservatives or stabilisers.  

Quite simply it consists of natural ingredients, is pure and wholesome and made fresh every day.  

Our enormous range of fruits, nuts and flavours provide you with an almost infinite range of flavour combinations, choose from your favourites and we will blend them through your frozen custard providing you with an individually prepared treat.  

The good news is that Goodberry's vanilla frozen custard is 90% fat free, hard to believe when it tastes so smooth, rich and creamy!

In addition to our range of frozen custard treats we have a limited selection of freshly prepared sandwiches, freshly brewed coffee, gourmet hot dogs and a variety of cold drinks, including fresh fruit lemonade and limeade.
